David D. Grorud- President & Residential Designer

David has always loved design. From playing with legos to drawing layouts of castles, he was honing his skills at an early age. When other kids were watching cartoons, he was watching This Old House (still his favorite show) and Hometime.

He started in the industry in 2001 working for a residential design firm. In 2010, he opened Dynamic Design Group. Inc. with hopes to bring integrity and beautiful design to the industry. David is a member of the AIBD. His designs have contributed to many builders winning multiple awards for the Wake County's Parade of Homes. 

David is a dedicated christian and his family goes to Colonial Baptist Church. He still loves playing legos and watching This Old House with his kids. On the weekends, you will find him trying out new restaurants with his wife.

Carley Grorud- Vice President & Accountant/ Artist

Art has always been Carley's passion. She grew up drawing and painting from a young age. While working for a small business in 2003, she fell in love with learning about business. Carley worked in the beauty industry from 2002 till deciding she wanted to go back to school to learn more about small business.

Carley went to school at East Carolina University and received her B.S. in Accounting in 2007. Working in a CPA firm trained her in small business taxes and bookkeeping. Helping David open this business has allowed her to marry her two passions of art and business. 

Carley still loves to paint and sells some of her art work on her website, Life
Passionately. She is a dedicated christian and is involved with their sunday school class at church. On weekends, you will find her doing art projects with her boys and searching for the perfect mocha almond milk latte.
